Hi! I have to write a paragraph in English on what advice I would give to Macbeth on what course of action he should take in act 3. I want it to be more than "don't murder more people" but I have no other ideas. What do you think? Thank you and I love your blog btw!

Hey, I really appreciate you looking to me for some Shakespeare knowledge and I’m so happy you like the blog, but I’m not going to do your assignment for you for mostly my own ethical reasons, but you also should ask people on a public forum for this type of thing because if your teacher does even the slightest research on what you wrote it can be traced back to this blog and then you’re in trouble for plagiarism which is Not Good. 

I will, however, give you some advice on this. Think of Macbeth like your bff or sibling who got into a shitty situation. He should have come to you ages ago but he didn’t and now you gotta fix his mess. First, you gotta tell him all the things he did wrong and give him a little shit because that boy needs to learn his lesson. What drove him to murder and what could he have done to accomplish to accomplish his goals instead of murdering people? After that, you can go about begrudgingly fixing his problem. Now that, you know, a lot of people are dead, what could he do to rectify the situation?

1. When you die, what do you want done with your remains?

Well, my mortuary science friend told me that I can’t be sent out to the ocean so I guess I’ll settle for donating my organs to whoever can use them and whatever is left to science. ONe of my old bio profs had a skeleton of a person who had donated their body to science.

2. What is the weirdest thing you own?

Well, I have this dragon arm pet I got at a con, a marble owl I got in Colorado, and Shakespeare coloring book

I have not. I don’t really believe in most spooky things and nothing supernatural has really happened to me.

hi! since you're one of the biggest shakespeare nerds i follow, i wanted to ask you something. do you know of any papers or articles that investigate why popular culture associates the "to be or not to be" scene with hamlet holding a skull? has anyone tried to investigate the origins of this misconception or why it hasn't died? thanks in advance for your answer!

Do you ever wish you’d been born someone else? If so, who?

There are all sorts of circumstance surrounding my birth that I might want to change, like being poor, living in a rural area, etc but I’ve never wanted to be anyone else. I also regret some of the decisions I’ve made in my life but I’m really grateful that I made then and I’m really happy with where I am.
